Apartment located in the historical center of Pisticci...in the Terravecchia district. It has a double entrance, one that faces the small church of the Annunziata dating back to 1444 (the second oldest church in the whole country), the other, on the other hand, gives onto Piazza Castello from which you can enjoy a wide breathtaking view. The whole house has fine finishes and dates back to the same era as the castle of Pisticci. Thirty minutes from Matera and 15 from the sea, great for exploring the Lucanian territory.
The apartment, located on the highest part of the town and in the historic center, is spread over a single ground floor, has an exclusive private main entrance with a slight step due to the marble threshold, as visible in the photo, and a secondary entrance, also private and exclusive, which is accessed by means of a staircase. The secondary entrance also has a large terrace from which there is an excellent view.
The whole apartment is a part of a hall of the Castle of Pisticci that dates back to the 11th century, in fact the perimeter walls, 80 centimeters thick, were made with river stones and for this reason it turns out to be cool in summer so much so that it is not necessary to install air conditioners.
Equipped with independent heating turns out to be ideal for both summer and winter stays, all the furnishings are of excellent finish and the paintings present are by a well-known local painter.
THE APARTMENT CONSISTS OF:

- 1 large living room equipped with sofas, TV and space for 2 more beds (also in the apartment, single or double bed in this case) as well as a small closet / pantry
- 1 large kitchen equipped with a fireplace, 1 large table ideal for 10 people, 2 sofa beds and TV. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace of the secondary exit
- 1 bathroom with shower and the necessary to pamper yourself after a day at the beach or returning from an excursion to see the beauty of Lucania.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, iron with its board, hair dryer and all kitchen equipment.
